The Center for Urban Resource and Empowerment aka the C.U.R.E. is a non-profit in Sarasota, FL dedicated to creating a healthy, equitable and sustainable urban environment through education, advocacy, and direct action. We empower individuals and organizations to create positive change in our under served communities. We will work to provide essential programs that help under resourced communities reach their potential. We will achieve this through strategic partnerships to provide greater access to education, housing, financing and nutrition with the goal of improving life for those in under served communities.
The Center for Urban Resource and Empowerment C.U.R.E. has been instrumental in providing access to resources to underserved communities. They have provided educational programs, social services, and emotional support to those in need with exceptional care and professionalism. C.U.R.E. has been a true blessing to many.

C.U.R.E. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering urban communities through access to resources and education. We strive to bridge the gap between low-income residents in urban areas and the services they need most. We provide a range of services such as job training, financial literacy, and health & wellness programs. Our goal is to create sustainable solutions for our clients so that they can become self-sufficient and independent. We believe that by providing the proper tools and resources, we can create lasting change for our communities.

C.U.R.E. College
A program that provides financial assistance with college application and testing fees. We provide career mentorship as well as facilitate college tours for college seniors in underserved communities with an emphasis on First Generation Low Income (FGLI) students. With our strategic partnership with CareerSpring we help mentor First Generation Low Income( FGLI ) students by utilizing their platform to help guide students in the college and career choices. We are also a CFES Brillant Pathways CCR advisors.

A program that provides downpayment housing assistance and education for under served first time home buyers through workshops.
C.U.R.E Sports
A program that will provide opportunities for children in underserved communities to experience live sporting events through partnerships with local professional and college sports organizations. We will also look for solutions to secure equipment for sports clubs in underserved communities.
C.U.R.E Film
A program that will provide the opportunity for middle and high school aged children in under served communities to experience a free week long film camp to learn the basic principles of the film making process
C.U.R.E Hunger
A program that will partner with local farms and supermarkets to create a food pantry to provide nutrious food for the under served population with an emphasis on making sure every child is able to have healthy meals to eat everyday.

An initiative that will provide free sneakers to under served community children to provide them with proper fitting sneakers for better health and boost self esteem and confidence.

About us
I am incredibly excited to be the founder of the Center for Urban Resource and Empowerment (C.U.R.E.), a non profit organization based in Sarasota, Florida. Our mission is to empower people of all ages and backgrounds to achieve greater economic and social success through education, entrepreneursnd advocacy. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment for people to develop and practice the skills needed to become financially self-sufficient. At C.U.R.E., we offer a number of programs and services that are designed to provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Our team works to provide educational and mentoring opportunities, job readiness training, financial literacy classes, and so much more. We are passionate about creating a more equitable and inclusive community, and we believe that everyone deserves to have the same access to opportunities.
